Noraini graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam in 2007 with Bachelor of Legal Studies with Honours. Thereafter, she obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the same university in 2009. 

She immediately joined the firm in 2009 where she undertook her 9-month pupillage under the tutelage of Mr Syed Fadzil Alhabshi. Upon being called to the Bar on 23^rd April 2010 she was retained in the same department.

Working closely under her mentor, Mr Syed Fadzil Alhabshi, Noraini’s forte lies in General Litigation, Corporate Banking and Islamic Banking Practice. 

She handles various litigation matters including but not limited to banking litigation, commercial breach of contract, probate matters and general litigation matters. She also manages various litigation portfolios for the Firm, which include those of some of the country’s major banks.

Noraini advises clients from various industries – banking, automotive, construction, general merchants and even individuals on a wide range of legal issues including (but not limited to) contract, compliance, negligence, fraud, probate and administration. 

Noraini has been with the firm since 2010 and was made partner of the firm in 2024. 

Noraini regularly appears at all levels of the Malaysian Courts including the Appellate level. Some of the cases handled by Noraini have been reported in Malaysian law journals, such as the following:-
