Nurul Huda graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) in 1995 and Bachelor of Laws (Shariah)(Hons.) in 1996 from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 1^st August 1997.

Nurul Huda’s legal practice covers all areas of banking and finance transactions including but not limited to contract/project financing, acquisition financing, trade/business financing, bridging financing, restructuring and rehabilitation of credit facilities and cross-border transactions, both conventional and Islamic, of which includes on numerous occasions, advising financial institutions on their proposed structure of transactions. She advises a wide variety of clients, namely financial institutions, corporations, cooperative societies and government-linked companies on the legal aspects of banking and finance.

 She represents receivers and managers for companies in receivership on their disposal of lands and properties, institutional and individual clients on numerous real estate transactions such as acquisitions and divestment of real properties, leases, tenancies, joint venture agreements for property developments and advisory services relating thereto.
