Son Liang graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from University of Malaya in 2008 and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30^th April 2009. 

She began her legal career as a litigator in a prominent legal firm in Petaling Jaya for 2 years. Son Liang then joined STWD in 2011 in the corporate and conveyancing department.

Throughout Son Liang’s practice at STWD she has worked on various corporate merger and acquisition exercises, large land deals, joint venture for development of land, tenancy and lease agreements, advisory work such as estate administration and distribution and other commercial contracts.

1. Advising and handling corporate exercise valued at more than RM800 million.
2. Advising and handling an international hotel management agreement.
